We started with real estate in 2020, buying multifamily houses and renting them out to students. We then realized the potential for short term rentals during covid-19. Since then we have partnered with Corporate and residential Landlords using our Master Lease Agreement. Our methodology guarantees a worry-less relationship between landlord and tenant as well as guaranteed income.

We hire our entire cleaning staff directly instead of outsourcing to another company.
